We all Went Down to The Cowley Road Carnival

Whilst none of the team was born in Oxford, it is our adopted home and both Barrie and Martyn have lived off the Cowley Road for nearly 14 years. Cowley Road is a vibrant, wonderful mix of culture with music, food and entertainment around almost all the time. This all gloriously comes together once a year in The Cowley Road Carnival. It’s a real showcase for everything that is right about this part of the city (and it’s sorely missed when it doesn’t happen, which we hope will never again be the case!).

This year the team went down with one of our broadcast cameras and took some footage to share, either for those people that didn’t make it, or for those that did to temporarily re-live it. If you didn’t make it, then I hope to see you there next year.

Our take on this year’s event? Bigger and better then ever before, well organised and tremendous fun. More of the same next year please!
