A Big Thank You

ChalkStar Films would like to thank everyone involved with this weekend’s PlayStation shoot. We would particularly like to thank Oxford Spires Academy, who were very accommodating. The Quad made a fantastic setting. We would also like to thank all of the supporting actors and crew, who made the shoot so enjoyable.

Making A Drama

Hi Guys,

After a long summer of corporate work making promotional, information videos & viral’s for our clients ChalkStar are pleased to announce that this Autumn we are looking to get back to doing what we love most, Drama & Comedy!

Influenced by the best TV detective shows of the 70’s and 80’s “The Oxford Files” T.V. pilot is being scheduled for filming late this year. Working with some of the city’s finest talent we plan to bring a contemporary twist to the proven detective genre and showing the darker side of Oxford.

So, this autumn, if you see a film crew and a detective with a lollipop, on an Oxford street corner you may very well know who it is!

Who loves you baby?

The Team.

Statement relating to minor changes on the official Scrum Like it Hot (No Balls) Website.

We would like to acknowledge that the paragraph containing the statement that my vision for the film is “being strongly supported by the creative and production heads” has now been removed.

We have still not had any further contact from the producers. Simon and I would like to reiterate that the use of our photographs, which were taken for Chalkstar Films Ltd. and biographies is against our wishes. We feel that their use implies that we are active and current members of the production team, which is not the case, and we feel that their continued use is misleading, as per our previous statements.

Many thanks,

Martyn
